Partnership with Nazareth Community for a new residence

Nazareth Community, with the assistance of The Pillars Trust Fund is raising funds for a newly acquired residence for twelve young men who would otherwise be homeless.

This new residence will be called John’s House, named for Fr. John Emmett Walsh, CEO of the Nazareth Community and Order of Canada recipient. Fr. John has spent a lifetime in the service of others, building bridges between and for communities, empowering the forgotten and raising money for worthy causes.

‘We are intent on turning a Shelter Into A Home. Twelve young men, 25-35 years old, will welcome us into their home. They will teach us about life. There is a need to listen and decide together about life in John’s House. Your donations, no matter the amount, because of the initiative of Nazareth Community and Pillars Trust Fund will double the amount of your donation up to 75,000$.
